In early 2003, a small group of young professionals (doctors and pharmacists) gathered after 10 years since university graduation. All about personal lives and lives at work in big city hospitals was exchanged. Each individual brought with him his own career pathway, personal efforts, as well as some personal achievement. However, a common concern was noted:
1. How can patients receive better services and clinical care?
2. How can such a healthcare model be set-up that provides expected quality services?
3. In what way can patients have better access to such a system?
